Hi! I’m Bri, and I’m a Greensboro, NC wedding photographer. While I love photographing weddings for my couples all across North Carolina, Greensboro has my heart! There are so many beautiful venues here, whether you’re looking for romantic & classic vibes, a country estate, or a downtown courthouse elopement.

You HAVE FUN at your wedding! and 2. We create amazing photos together that you’ll treasure for the rest of your life. I am your #1 cheerleader and hype woman and can’t wait to help you have an awesome wedding in Greensboro!
I know wedding planning can get so stressful, so I’ve made a list here of some of my favorite Greensboro wedding venues to help you with your planning!
I love being a Greensboro, NC wedding photographer because it truly has a venue for every couple, whether you’re looking for something rustic & outdoor, an elegant & extravagant mansion, or downtown party vibes. Here’s a list of just a few of my favorite wedding venues in Greensboro, NC.
The grandover resort is such a beautiful wedding venue. It has beautiful grounds and a huge ballroom which is perfect for both indoor and outdoor weddings. As a wedding photographer in Greensboro, I have to say that this is one of my all time favorite wedding venues!
The McAlister-Leftwich House is in historic Fisher Park right in downtown Greensboro, and is actually made up of TWO historic, amazing homes dating back to the late 1800s and early 1900s. The homes re-opened as a wedding venue in 2018 and are a charming, unique place for your wedding! Depending on your guest count, ceremonies can be held outdoors or in one of the two homes – one of the homes can even be used as your reception & dance floor space!
Cadillac Service Garage is another historic venue near downtown, but with a twist! True to its name, the venue was originally a Cadillac dealership when it was built in the 1920s. This venue’s style is more urban and industrial, with lots of exposed brick, concrete, steel and wood – with its terraced courtyard in the back, Cadillac Service Garage has a lot of really awesome photo opportunities.
The Colonnade at Revolution Mill in downtown Greensboro is in a prior mill, and fittingly, has lots of natural light and beautiful exposed brick. The landscaped courtyard is a great place for your cocktail hour or portrait session, and the venue can accommodate up to 200 guests. While some indoor venues featuring brick can feel heavy or dark, The Colonnade has lots of large windows, and so your wedding photos will be filled with light!
Summerfield Farms is a charming barn venue about twenty minutes outside of downtown Greensboro. The property features two different barns for indoor ceremony options, as well as some STUNNING outdoor ceremony locations – this property really shines in the fall, but check out my blog post of Jennifer & Peter’s winter engagement session here
The Longhouse is another beautiful indoor/outdoor venue on the outskirts of Greensboro. The Longhouse itself features exposed timbers and a gorgeous stone earth – perfect for a summer or winter wedding! The property itself is serene and unique, nestled in a 400+ acre wildlife preserve, with several lovely outdoor ceremony options. The Longhouse also features on-site getting ready rooms for both members of the couple!
The Penn House is a historic wedding venue in Reidsville, a short drive north of Greensboro. The Penn House is on the National Register of Historic Places, originally built in 1908 and restored to much of its original beauty. Renting the facility includes both the indoor and outdoor locations, and both members of the couple have their own designated getting ready space. The landscaped gardens and colonial style porch make for a perfect Southern Charm wedding venue!
Did you ever dream about getting married in a gorgeous MANSION? Look no further than the T. Austin Finch House. The historic house is an amazing backdrop for glamorous, elegant couples, and features indoor and outdoor ceremony options. The venue is in Thomasville, a short drive outside Greensboro, but is absolutely worth the trip! If you’re looking for an upscale experience, the T. Austin Finch House may be exactly what you’re looking for.
