Y’all! Take a look at how absolutely adorable Jennifer & Peter are in their engagement photos. Can’t you just feel their love for each other? This sweet and fun loving couple are getting married this October at the beautiful Summerfield Farms right outside Greensboro, NC. When we started talking about location options for their engagement photos, it quickly became obvious: why not take engagement photos at their wedding venue? This is always such a fun option for couples! Taking photos at the wedding venue reminds couples of why they fell in love with the venue in the first place. It’s also wonderful as a photographer to visit the venue with the couple in advance!
One thing I loved about working with Jennifer & Peter is their sense of humor. You can see it in their laughs, and they even named their dog KITTY – how perfect is that? I love giving couples simple prompts to help them feel relaxed and authentic. Also, can we talk about their outfits for a second? They both looked so good in their pastel pink, and made for the perfect compliment to the amazing sunset.
You wouldn’t know it from Jennifer & Peter’s glow, but we took these photos on a cold January day. They were such troopers, and it made all of their snuggly intimate loving moments so much better! And how about that sunset? Even though it was cold and windy, I’m so glad we got such a beautiful sunset for this sweet couple.
Even in winter, Summerfield Farms makes such a beautiful backdrop for photos. The giant tree in the photos is actually going to be the ceremony spot for their October wedding. I can’t wait to revisit this spot with Jennifer, Peter, and their family and friends this fall to document the next step in their beautiful love story!
